Why should the Church be left behind in the
technological revolution......again?

In the 1980's a famous retired pastor was asked by a young bible college student if he
had any regrets in his many years of service to the Lord. He answered, "My one regret
is that we didn't take advantage of the television age for the sake of the Gospel. When
television first came out in the 1950's the Church virtually ignored it, thinking it was
just a phase or a fad. When we finally realized the powerful influence it was having in our
society it was too late.  We had fallen so far behind the secular world's expertise in this media that
we have never been able to fully catch up even to this day." Let's hope this story will not be
repeated in the internet age! We now have a chance to use the technology of tomorrow to
further Christ's kingdom today.
